Theater is a shared human experience. As an audience member, volunteer, office manager, or paid consultant, we want you all to have the best experience at the show. As an audience member, you are essential to this theatrical experience, by helping maintain the sanctity of this space.
Ti-Ahwaga Community Players promises to provide a safe, respectful, inclusive and fun environment for everyone to enjoy live theater and events. Our code applies to guests, staff, volunteers, vendors, guests, trustees and press will be held to the same standards, ultimately, anyone who enters our theater space.
Our Expectations
To that end, we reserve the right to remove any person (or online comment) that consists of personal attacks, threats, discriminatory language, harassment, explicit content, off topic remarks, or promotional material.
Furthermore, we will not tolerate:
· Unwanted invasion of another person’s physical space.
· Abusive or harassing behavior
· Ignoring or talking over staff who are trying to assist you.
· Creating a hostile environment for fellow audience members, students, artists or staff.
(Please note, patrons removed due to violations of our Code of Conduct will not receive a refund)
WHAT TO DO
If you witness or experience behavior that violates the values and expectations outlined above, please alert an usher, a house manager, office manager or another member of the staff. TCP staff, supported by the Board of Directors, will take action to protect our community, with consequences up to and including removal from TCP activities.
